  Disgusting service. No compassion considering the industry they are in.
  
  We wanted to return an item for an elderly relative who passed away and all this company said was "we get a lot of these over christmas for this exact reason...[if we took returns on all of these] I would probably not have a job".
  
  I even asked if he could give us a partial refund so he's not out of pocket but he did not care.
  
  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
