  A very pleasant welcome and stay with a Full English within the price. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Comfy double bed in compacted rooms, just enough for 2. Location was quiet at night which was beneficial for a good nights sleep. Not too far to walk to HoundsHill shopping centre, B&M, Coral Island, etc. Amenities were available from Reception, iron, ironing board, etc. Lovely tea & cake shop next door which is the same owners.
  Hospitality was fantastic and our holiday was amazing.
