  I can't describe these people as anything else other than idiots and I'm talking about Royal Mail in general.
  On one occassion I left a note on the door to say please leave in a designated safe place. Instead they posted a note to say they could not do that and we would have to pick up from the depot.
  A couple of weeks later on a separate occasion I did NOT leave a note on the door but they left a parcel in our designated safe place with no note to say it had even been left there ?
  It just makes no sense at all!
  On another occasion they left a parcel with a neighbour and did not even post a note to let us know where it was. My partner complained and they said they will no longer leave a parcel anywhere if we are out. So instead of taking responsibility they punish us? How about just post a note to let us know where it is!!!
  On MANY occasions we have heard the door bell ring. It has taken me or my partner only 5-10 seconds to get to the door and the delivery person is already walking away down the path. It is not good enough!
  Christmas Eve morning last year the door bell rang and because of many previous occasions where they only wait at the door no more than 10 seconds my partner jumped out of bed in the morning ran down the stairs not wanting to miss the parcel and she fell from the bottom few steps onto the floor and badly sprained her ankle. We were in A & E most of Christmas Eve and she was on crutches for 5 weeks.
  If I could give you no stars I would. You need to get your act together
